The ideal candidate will blend analytical expertise with business acumen to position NewVision as a trusted advisory partner in Bangladesh and beyond.Key Responsibilities1 - Business Development – 50%
Client Acquisition & Growth (20%): Identify new local and international clients; build strategic partnerships.
Proposal & Pitch Development (15%): Lead preparation of high-quality proposals/pitches; ensure competitive positioning.
Thought Leadership & Market Positioning (10%): Publish reports/articles; represent the organization in industry events.
Revenue & Pipeline Management (5%): Track revenue targets; align business development with organizational goals.
2 - Strategic Leadership & Team Development – 20%
Define strategic roadmaps aligned with evolving markets.
Mentor, train, and motivate high-performing teams.
Encourage methodological innovation with advanced analytics tools.
