Strong knowledge of BNBC and regional building codes.
Expertise in project estimation, planning, and resource allocation.

Oversee and manage all construction projects of the company from start to completion.

Prepare and monitor project estimations, budgets, and forecasts.
Allocate resources efficiently to meet project requirements.
Ensure compliance with BNBC, local building codes, and safety standards.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and operational challenges.
Maintain proper documentation, permits, and regulatory paperwork.
Lead, mentor, and guide project engineers, site supervisors, and support staff.
Prepare project progress reports for management and stakeholders.
Maintain strong interpersonal communication with clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
