Job Responsibilities:
Achieve the monthly & annual sales & collection targets in the assigned area.
Make sales plan as per given sales target, and ensure to achieve individual sales targets set by the management.
Knowledge of market analysis, sales promotion, customer management principles, and practices.
Develop new dealers, retailers, and institutional clients and end users.
Supervise and manage the sales team under your region & drive them to complete the territory task.
Train, guide, and monitor the performance of sales officers and sales representatives.
