Strong communication skills in English to interact with international clients.
Solid project management skills, including planning, execution, and delivery.
Expertise in Conversational AI, ASR, TTS, LLMs, and multimodal systems.
Hands-on experience in fine-tuning, optimization, quantization, and architecture modifications.
Proficiency with LangChain, CrewAI, LangGraph, and multiple vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, FAISS).
Strong understanding of DevOps/MLOps practices with emphasis on AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, SageMaker, Lambda, etc.).

Lead AI/ML projects end-to-end, from problem definition to deployment and optimization.
Collaborate with foreign clients, communicate project updates, and ensure timely delivery.
Manage project teams, timelines, and resources effectively.
Research, design, fine-tune, and optimize Conversational AI, ASR, TTS, LLMs, and multimodal AI systems.
Work with LangChain, CrewAI, LangGraph, and vector databases for agentic and retrievalaugmented systems.
Customize and optimize models through fine-tuning, network modification, and quantization techniques.
Design scalable AI pipelines and integrate them with cloud services (AWS preferred).
Apply DevOps and MLOps best practices for model training, deployment, and monitoring.
Mentor junior engineers, provide technical guidance, and foster a collaborative team culture.
