Educational Requirement

ACCA qualification or equivalent.
Other Requirement

At least 5 years of working experience in the related field, preferably with manufacturing entity with bond license; external audit experience would be an added advantage;
Self-starter, able to work independently without supervision;
Excellent written and verbal communication in English is a must;
Able to multi-task;

Determined, honest and with integrity;
Good computer skill (Excel, Word and familiar with accounting software like QuickBook)
Good knowledge of Bangladesh Tax law, Custom regulation, Companies Law and Labour Law;

Responsibilities
:
Field of Work: Accounting, HR and General AdministrationJob Responsibilities
Handle day to day accounting, HR and general administration of the Company;
Work hand-in-hand with commercial department on timely collection of accounts receivables;
Timely processing, recording and payment of vendor invoices, ensuring invoices recorded and payment arranged are for valid business transaction, duly approved and adequately supported by proper supporting documents.
Handle payroll, attendance and leave records;
Administer staff hiring, in consultation with CFO and local managers, when necessary;
Handle day to day bank transaction and month end bank reconciliation;
Handle and be responsible for the local petty cash safeguard, usage and availability;
Ensure accounting system (QB) is updated promptly when any transaction took place;
Timely completion of period end (monthly, quarterly) and year end closing;
Ensure preparation of accurate and complete monthly management accounting report (balance sheet, profit and loss, cashflow report, schedules supporting balances reported) including proper reconciliation of intercompany balances, and timely submission to CFO;
Manage and ensure full compliance with local regulation pertaining to monthly tax reporting and yearly tax submission by working closely with tax agent;
Work closely with operation to ensure proper compliance with bond license requirement and all certification requirement.
Work closely with local and regional management in coordinating and preparing the ongoing cashflow forecast, yearly budget and quarterly forecast for the local entity;
Liaise with external auditors, tax consultant, professional service providers and bankers in ensuring smooth running and proper compliance with Group and statutory requirement;
Perform any other tasks as assigned.
