Responsibilities
:
Manage payroll automation and ensure accurate & timely salary processing.
Maintain HRIS, roster, attendance, and leave management systems.
Handle full & final settlement and compliance
Coordinate with Finance and other departments for payroll-related issues.
Ensure compliance with tax, provident fund, gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
Provide support in system upgrades, implementation, and troubleshooting.
