Bachelor of Commerce (Pass) in Marketing, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering.Additional certifications in sales or management are a plus.

Minimum 5–8 years of hands-on experience in industrial spare parts, motor parts, or related sectors.
Must have experience handling regional sales operations and dealer networks.
Familiarity with industrial chains, sprockets, bearings, or similar mechanical components is highly preferred.
Experience working with imported products is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Strong negotiation and closing ability.
Able to manage multiple territories and work independently.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Fluent in Bengali; good command of English required.

The role requires strong experience in dealer/distributor network management, team leadership, and deep knowledge of the industrial parts or automotive aftermarket sector.Key Responsibilities:
Execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
Develop and manage a network of dealers and distributors across assigned regions.
Regularly visit clients, mechanics, workshops, and retailers to promote products and gather market insights.
Provide leadership to local sales teams; monitor and improve their performance.
Track competitor activities and support market expansion strategies.
Coordinate with supply chain/logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
Prepare and submit periodic sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
