Responsibilities
:
Strategic Marketing and Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns that align with Aalok Hospital's business objectives.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, new opportunities, and target patient demographics.
Formulate strategies for brand positioning, service promotion (e.g., diagnostic services, 24-hour hospital services, specialist consultations), and new service launches.
Develop and manage the marketing department's budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Brand and Communication Management:
Oversee all advertising, and promotional activities, ensuring a consistent and professional brand image across all channels with Brand communication dept.
Follow and optimize the hospital's digital presence, including the website, social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram), and online directories.
Develop and manage content creation for various marketing materials, such as brochures, patient guides, press releases, newsletters, and digital content.
Act as a key liaison with media outlets and public relations agencies.
Patient Acquisition and Engagement:
Implement targeted marketing campaigns to attract new patients and retain existing ones.
Develop and coordinate community outreach programs, health fairs, and other promotional events.
Collaborate with the customer care and patient services teams to ensure a seamless patient experience and to leverage patient feedback for marketing purposes.
Explore and manage strategic partnerships with clinics, other healthcare providers, and corporations to drive referrals and business growth.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze the performance of all marketing campaigns using key metrics with digital marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on marketing effectiveness, return on investment (ROI), and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Use data-driven insights to adjust and optimize marketing strategies for continuous improvement.
Leadership and Collaboration:
Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Work closely with department heads and medical staff to promote specific specialties and services.
Ensure all marketing activities comply with healthcare regulations and standards.
