Educational Requirement
:
Bachelor degree in any discipline, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Printing Technology, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Textile / Printing Technology / Chemistry preferred).Additional training or certifications in garment printing, chemical handling, or textile testing will be an advantage.

Minimum 10 years of experience in garment printing operations.
At least 3–5 years in a managerial/supervisory position in a mid-to-large-scale factory.
Proven expertise in:

Strong track record of audit compliance and corruption-free leadership.

This includes managing a workforce of 40–50 people, overseeing chemical usage and expiry, ensuring strict audit compliance, preventing corruption or misuse, and maintaining technical excellence in color matching, wash testing, and buyer testing parameters.The role requires an experienced, technically strong, and hands-on leader who can maintain both production efficiency and strict accountability.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction & Technical Operations
Manage day-to-day screen and placement printing (skin print) operations.
Supervise chemical usage, expiry control, and safe handling of inks, emulsions, and auxiliaries.
Ensure accuracy in color matching, wash fastness, and testing parameters to meet buyer standards.
Troubleshoot technical problems on the floor and provide immediate corrective actions.
Maintain transparency in material consumption and prevent misuse or wastage.
Audit, Compliance & Quality
Enforce compliance with internal audits, buyer audits, and quality protocols.
Implement robust controls to prevent corruption, malpractice, or falsified reporting in the printing section.
Ensure detailed documentation of chemical use, testing results, and production outputs.
Oversee quality control processes, including buyer-specific testing standards.
Team Leadership & Workforce Management
Supervise and guide a team of assistants, officers, and 40–50 workers in the printing department.
Train staff on safe chemical handling, printing techniques, and testing procedures.
Build a culture of accountability, discipline, and teamwork, while maintaining an approachable leadership style.
Ensure fair allocation of manpower and enforce compliance with company policies.
Planning & Coordination
Work closely with Merchandising, QA, and Production teams to ensure accurate execution of buyer orders.
Plan manpower, materials, and chemical use to align with production targets.
Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce rejections or rework.
Reporting & Monitoring
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on printing output, chemical use, wastage, and audits.
Provide transparent reporting to senior management with actionable insights.
Establish accountability across all reporting levels to prevent gaps in control.
