As the primary point of contact for our guests, you will be the face of the brand, ensuring every customer has a seamless, friendly, and efficient service experience. Your focus will be on providing exceptional direct service, handling inquiries, and upholding our brand's renowned standards.Responsibilities:Direct Customer Service:
Greet every customer with a positive, welcoming, and friendly attitude.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently at the counter and via phone.
Proactively ensure all guests receive prompt, courteous, and professional service.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively and diplomatically, seeking management support when needed to resolve issues.
Thank customers sincerely and invite them to return.
Operational Support:
Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service team to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.
Maintain the cleanliness, organisation, and visual appeal of your assigned station, the front counter, and the dining area.
Accurately handle cash and electronic payment transactions.
Follow all company policies, safety standards, and health regulations meticulously.
Brand Advocacy:
Represent the brand's image, values, and quality standards in every interaction.
Clearly communicate current promotions, deals, and menu items to customers.
