Contribute to the management and strategic activities of the Office of Academic Advising.
Lead First-Year Advice Groups and deliver both individual and group advising sessions.
Monitor student progress, retention, and achievement; provide timely interventions and referrals to support services.
Supervise and guide student mentors to enhance peer support.
Support Probation Advising and Student Success Programs, including consultations, tutorials, course advising, and referrals.
Deliver teaching and assessment duties as assigned, including tutorial classes, preparation of lesson materials, examinations, and action planning based on student feedback.
Collect, analyze, and report student data and statistics to inform advising strategies.
Engage in professional development to maintain best practices in academic advising.
