| Responsibilities |

Major Duties and Responsibilities:Manage mail servers, cPanel, WHM panel, web servers, DNS, PRTG, and log servers.Install and configure hardware and software systems.Manage user accounts and access controls.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.Monitor system performance to ensure smooth operations.Manage servers, VMs, data security, and schedule regular backups.Provide technical support and assistance to end users. |
