| Responsibilities |
: |
Configure, manage, and troubleshoot MikroTik routers (including routing, VPN, NAT, firewall, QoS, scripting).Manage and monitor Layer 2/3 switches, VLANs, and inter-office connectivity.Maintain and support Active Directory (AD): user/group policy management, authentication, and domain services.Implement and troubleshoot File Server and NAS solutions for file sharing and backup.Monitor network performance and proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure uninterrupted connectivity.Coordinate with ISPs for network and internet related issues.Maintain proper documentation of network diagrams, configurations, IP plans, and access credentials. |
