Bachelor/Honors, Masters Graduation from any reputed university (Concentration preferably Math/English).Working experience with children will be given preference.

The Early Learner's Assistant plays an important role in enhancing students' learning experience by adhering to the Kumon Method and contributing to effective center management.Responsibilities:
Marking and grading KUMON worksheets
Instructing students through their classwork
Reporting student progress to the Instructor and parents
Grading students’ classwork and homework in the KUMON method
Assisting the instructors in center management
Analyzing and maximizing student ability through the KUMON method.
