Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in CSE, ICT from any reputed university.

Windows Server, Domain Control Server.
Oracle Database, Website, Firewalls.
MS office, CCTV and API Attendance.
Graphics Design & Power Point Presentation.
Educational qualification may be relax on highly experienced candidates.
Leadership and team building skills and fostering a high performance IT environment.
Should be Honest, Proactive & Straight forward.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge on ICT Act, Insurance Act, & others relevant laws of Bangladesh.
Ability to arrange online meeting e.g. virtual AGM, EGM and Branch Meeting.

Over all responsibilities to handle the IT department of the company.
Perform all technical, administrative and logistical duties associated with the IT Department.
Maintain multi-module Non-Life Insurance Integrated ERP Software like IIBS, IIMS.
Excellent understanding of cloud computing, cyber security, enterprise IT architecture, and essential insurance systems.
Demonstrated ability to manage big projects, lead IT teams, and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
Outstanding leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities
Design and implementation of business process re-engineering (BPR) and the company's IT infrastructure.
Creating, setting up and managing inter and intra office LAN system of the company's branches office across the country.
Maintaining and overseeing Windows Server, Oracle databases, MikroTik routers and CISCO firewalls, routers, and switches.
Keeping up with the company's Oracle Fusion (ERP) insurance software. LAN and WAN management and connectivity, file server, domain control server, CCTV and API attendance system.
Planning and Budgeting for IT department related job of the company.
Graphics Design related work
To manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Assist to the top management in various tasks as required.
