Position OverviewWe are currently seeking an experienced, motivated, and dynamic Senior Student Counselor (UK and NZ to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 2/3 years of hands-on experience in student counseling, specializing in UK or New Zealand higher education. This role requires someone with a strong sense of responsibility, leadership, and a deep understanding of ethical counseling practices. The candidate will guide students while contributing to the overall success of our UK and NZ student recruitment operations.Key Responsibilities
Advise students on study options in UK and New Zealand including university and course selection, entry requirements, and visa processes.
Manage the entire student journey- from initial inquiry to application submission and visa assistance.
Review and guide documentation including SOPs, financials, and other required materials.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK and NZ university policies
Mentor junior counselors and help train new team members.
