Factory Manager will develop sample as per buyer requirement
in coordination with marketing team.
He will responsible for quality production as per order deadline.
He will make production cost and ensure wastage reduce.
Make production plan as per buyer requirement basis.
Make delivery plan as per buyer requirement.
He will make sure that available raw materials are stocked for production.
Responsible for smooth functioning of factory machineries. in this respect technical team will provide proper technical support.
Proper recruitment of factory workers/employees.
Ensure Factory Fire and security safety.
Local administration control.
Any other responsibilities/tasks assigned by the Director/Managing Director.
