We, Uppercase Delta Limited, are looking for a Project Management Assistant to support the Project Manager in operations, ensure timely execution, and assist in stakeholder communication. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Support: Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, tracking, and coordinating construction and interior project activities, preparing reports, and managing project files. Ensure that on-site work is progressing according to the project plan. Site coordination, including communicating timelines and deliverables to vendors and internal teams. Assist in coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project requirements and timelines. Prepare and review documentation for project meetings and maintain accurate records.Procurement and Coordination: Preparing and organizing the procurement process by issuing purchase orders (POs). Tracking deliveries and coordinating with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely receipt of materials at project sites. Monitor and follow up on purchase orders to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services. Track and maintain records of vendor invoices, billing status, and released payments. Act as a communication link between project sites, vendors, and internal departments. Assist in verifying invoices and processing payments in coordination with the finance department.Documentation and Reporting: Preparing project progress reports, cost summaries, and status updates. Maintain and update project documentation, including work orders, delivery challans, bills, design drawings, project information, project plans, procurement plans, and payment records. Track project progress and document updates, including project and delivery schedules. Ensure that all documentation is properly filed and ready for audit.Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree. Previous experience in Construction, Production, or Project support roles is advantageous but not required.Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and familiarity with project management software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
