Responsibilities
𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲UK Shift Time: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PMUSA Shift Time: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AMWorking Days: Monday – Saturday𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀• Make outbound calls.
• Introduce products and promotional offers.
• Assist customers with product-related inquiries.
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain engagement.
• Schedule appointments and transfer qualified leads when required.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and call notes.
• Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
• Ensure quality communication and customer satisfaction.
