Computer literacy is must (MS-Word, Excel, Internet, Social media & E-mail operation).

Effectively processing and execution of orders.
Keep tracking on each team mates daily work. Performs all tasks in accordance with quality procedures to achieve customer satisfaction and smooth work flow.
Supports marketing and sales initiatives.
Provides feedback regarding increase/decrease of business as a base for appropriate management decision making.
Receives customer enquiries and initiates appropriate action after liaison with the respective CS team mate.
Maintains records and reports in an organized manner.
Communicate with customers regularly over phone and email.
Good communication skills.
Response to Client time to time.
Follow up customers queries and update accordingly.
Follow up orders.
Regular report 20-30 based on demand.
Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
