Educational Requirement : Masters Master’s degree from any recognized university
Other Requirement :
  • Preference for candidates with a background in Education, English, or Islamic Studies
  • Additional qualifications in Educational Leadership, School Administration, or Teacher Training will be an added advantage
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in teaching or educational leadership
  • Prior experience as Headmaster, Principal, or Academic Coordinator is preferred
  • Proven record of improving academic outcomes and implementing effective school policies
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage teachers, students, and staff effectively
  • Proficiency in modern teaching methods and digital tools
  • Fluency in English and Bangla (spoken and written)
  • Strong organizational and decision-making abilities

  • Provide strategic leadership to ensure high academic standards and discipline
  • Supervise teaching and non-teaching staff and promote professional development
  • Develop and implement curriculum plans in line with school objectives
  • Ensure compliance with school policies, regulations, and education board guidelines
  • Maintain positive relationships with parents, guardians, and the wider community
  • Monitor student performance and well-being, addressing any issues proactively
  • Prepare academic reports, budgets, and development plans for the school management
  • Organize school events, examinations, and extracurricular activities effectively
