Educational Requirement : Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Marketing Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Other Requirement : Professional Experience
  • A minimum of 3 to 7 years of proven experience in sales and marketing is required, with a preference for candidates who have international sea/air freight forwarding experience and an established client base.
  • Only candidates with direct, relevant experience in the freight forwarding industry will be considered for an interview.

  • As a Manager / Assist. Manager - Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for driving business growth and building strong client relationships. Your core responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to expand our client base and market share.

  • Building and developing strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Negotiating with clients and managing cargo from the competitive market.

  • Preparing regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.
