Proven experience as a Marketing Executive, Telemarketer, or in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
Computer skills are mandatory.

Manage inbound and outbound client calls with professionalism and courtesy.
Schedule appointments and ensure timely follow-ups with clients.
Conduct telemarketing activities to generate new leads and support the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions.
Build and maintain positive client relationships through effective communication.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets as assigned.
Sell products and services to existing customers while exploring new opportunities.
Meet company’s marketing and sales requirements.
