Job Context: RM Automobiles is looking for experienced and driven to lead and manage regional sales operations. We are well regarded lubricants importer, manufacturing & trading company in the industry with over 2 decades of experience.Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Manage, lead, and motivate the sales team within the assigned region.
Set sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of revenue goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer needs to adjust strategies.
Ensure timely collection of dues and maintain proper sales recovery.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
Provide training, guidance, and support to the sales team for skill development.
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and operational standards.
Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
