Skills:Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bangla & English. Excellent telecommunication skills (polite and convincing tone with customers). Computer literacy (Fast Typing, Basic MS Office/Excel). Prior experience in Customer Service, Call Center, or E-commerce will be an advantage.
