Lead and manage the hospital IT department, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operations.
Develop, implement, and monitor IT policies, procedures, and security protocols.
Manage servers, networks, Mikrotik routers, firewalls, IP phones, and CC camera systems.
Ensure strong cybersecurity measures to protect hospital systems and sensitive patient data.
Supervise IT staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluation.
Manage IT vendors, procurement, and service agreements for cost-effective solutions.
Ensure timely maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware, printers, scanners, and networking devices.
Prepare IT performance reports, system audits, and compliance documentation.
Support hospital digital transformation projects, ensuring effective integration of new technologies.
Collaborate with management and clinical departments to align IT services with hospital needs.
Handle IT emergencies with immediate troubleshooting and crisis management.
