  • Proven experience as a personal/executive secretary or assistant (3+ years preferred).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.

  • Experience working with senior executives or in corporate environments.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with calm and tact.
  • Responsibilities : Department: HR & AdminReports To: Managing DirectorAbout the Role:We are seeking a highly organized and professional Personal Secretary to support our Managing Director. This role requires someone with exceptional communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the MD’s daily schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle confidential documents and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
  • Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on discussed items.
  • Coordinate and track projects or assignments as directed by the MD.
