Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management; Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management is preferable.
Other Requirement

Minimum of 5-6 years of proven experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably within the Fast Food Restaurant.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
In-depth understanding of current supply chain management trends and strategies in the Fast Food Sector.
Proficiency in supply chain management tools and platforms.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Working experience of relevant software with good computer literacy.

Need to analyzing supply chain data and maintain inventory.
Require excellent understanding of supply chain processes and good knowledge of relevant software and ERP systems.
Create the company’s supply chain strategy & develop Comparative Statement (CS) and BIN card System.
Need to evaluate and analyze the data from different vendors & suppliers and ensure all products available at all areas.
Collect Price Quotation from supplier and Negotiate with the supplier about price.

Ensure product wise LIFO & FIFO method & monitor to control the wastage at minimum level.

Coordinate and collaborate with all departments to create coordinated plans for business growth, ensure smooth operation and cost minimization.
Develop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the supply chain.
Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards.
