Educational Requirement

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fashion Designing, Master of Science (MSc) in Fashion Designing Minimum Bachelor’s/Honors degree in Fashion Design & Technology from a reputed university.A Master’s degree in Fashion Design will be considered an added advantage.
Other Requirement
:
Experience:At least 7 years of progressive experience in: Fashion Retail Brands, Large Retail Stores.Required Skills & Expertise
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional creativity, visualization, and trend-forecasting ability.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
In-depth knowledge of textiles, garment construction, and production processes.
Ability to balance creative vision with commercial viability.
Strong sense of detail and finishing aesthetics.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing market-relevant collections and the ability to guide and mentor a team of designers while ensuring brand consistency and innovation.Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and inspire the fashion design team, ensuring high standards of
creativity and execution.
Conduct trend research to anticipate market demand and consumer preferences.
Develop and oversee seasonal collections aligned with the brand’s strategy and target audience.
Supervise the entire design lifecycle from concept sketches to final product approval.
Innovate with fabrics, trims, and techniques, incorporating sustainable and cost effective solutions.
Oversee fitting sessions, ensuring design integrity and final garment perfection.
Collaborate with Merchandising, Sales, and Production teams for smooth product development.
Provide design direction for festive, seasonal, and signature collections.
Ensure designs resonate with both local and global fashion trends while staying true to Fabrilife’s identity
