Identify and analyze new business opportunities, threats and competitors to achieve sales target.
Drive achievement of sales targets by executing effective sales strategies with the assigned region.
Find out the market gaps, sales opportunities and take appropriate measures and inform the same to the line manager including the field personal to avail the opportunities.
Visit existing & potential clients on a regular basis, find out customer needs and take necessary action to fulfill those.
Build, manage and strengthen relationships with distributors and dealers to ensure sustainable business growth.
Developing and maintaining communication with potential and existing clients to sell company’s products.
Keep in touch of competitor activities with sales, price, commission, new product entry and report to superior accordingly.
Motivate, Train, Monitor & Follow up sales activities of team members. So that they can easily get oriented to ensure achievement of sales target both primary & secondary sales.
