  • Responsibilities : About the Position: We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee all aspects of our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who can effectively manage staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and maximize profitability while maintaining high food quality standards.Work Environment
  • This position requires working evenings, weekends, and some holidays. The Restaurant Manager must be able to stand for extended periods .

  • Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management
  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, place orders with suppliers, and control costs
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all restaurant functions
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations
  • Manage restaurant opening and closing procedures
  • Staff Management
  • Recruit, train, and develop kitchen and front-of-house staff
  • Create staff schedules and assign daily responsibilities
  • Monitor staff performance and provide regular feedback
  • Foster a positive work environment and resolve staff conflicts
  • Conduct performance reviews and implement improvement strategies
  • Customer Service
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and effectively
  • Develop strategies to enhance the overall dining experience
  • Maintain a visible presence during service hours to interact with customers
  • Financial Management
  • Analyze sales data and prepare financial reports
  • Control labor and food costs to meet budget targets
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue and reduce expenses
  • Marketing and Business Development
  • Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers
  • Manage social media presence and respond to online reviews
  • Plan and execute special events and promotions
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities
