• Maintain proper records of inventory, supplies, equipment, and logistics-related documents.
• Coordinate the movement, delivery, receiving, and distribution of materials.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and relevant departments for logistics requirements.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of necessary items.
• Assist in transportation, event, campus, and operational logistics as required.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of logistics activities.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
