• 2 - 6 years of sales and business development experience in a digital agency or tech environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (written & verbal) in both English and Bangla
• Proven ability to manage sales cycles from discovery to close
• Understanding of digital marketing and branding
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
• Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Nice to Have• Prior experience selling services like SEO, PPC, web design, or software development
• Existing network or contacts in industries like tech, eCommerce, or healthcare
• Familiarity with Meta, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or other B2B prospecting platforms

• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and inbound inquiries via social pages.
• Develop tailored proposals and pitch them for digital marketing.
• Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and consultations with potential clients
• Design & execute client acquisition funnels (cold outreach, inbound, referrals)
• Build and nurture relationships with startups, SMEs, and enterprise clients
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain and track records for the leads and deal data. Report sales pipeline & conversion performance.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging digital technologies
