AL BARAKAH DIGITAL DIAGNOSTICS CENTRE(Values: To research, formulate, develop and implement "An innovative SOP model of healthcare facilities management and services delivery system" which would be developed for noble and scientific approaches to increase the availability, affordability, accountability, equitability and quality of care net-work to the Daulatpur upazila "poor to rich" and "rural to urban" people equally through the greater adaption and use of digital smart technologies along with most recent developed medical technologies by professionals, patients and their care-givers from a "patient centric medical home(PCMH)" for comprehensive, compassionate, personalized evidence based holistic healthcare treatment system (Mind + Body +Soul) with complete satisfaction and retention.Context:The Marketing and Sales Officer is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and sales initiatives to increase patient footfall, enhance brand visibility, and achieve revenue targets for the diagnostics center. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, corporate clients, and the general public, while effectively communicating the unique value proposition of the center's diagnostic services.Responsibilities:Marketing Strategy & Implementation:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the center's business objectives.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and patient needs.
Plan and manage promotional campaigns, health camps, and awareness programs.
Create and disseminate marketing materials (brochures, flyers, posters, digital content) that effectively communicate services and offers.
Manage the center's online presence, including social media platforms, website updates, and online listings.
Explore and implement digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, social media advertising) to reach a wider audience.
Collaborate with the medical team to highlight specialized tests and advanced technologies offered.
Sales & Business Development:
Identify and target potential clients, including individual patients, corporate organizations, insurance companies, and healthcare providers.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors, clinics, and hospitals to drive referrals.
Conduct regular visits to healthcare professionals to educate them about the center's services and build rapport.
Negotiate and finalize agreements with corporate clients for pre-employment check-ups, annual health check-ups, and other diagnostic services.
Actively participate in community outreach programs and health awareness initiatives to generate leads.
Monitor sales performance against targets and implement corrective actions as needed.
Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
Relationship Management:
Serve as a primary point of contact for inquiries from potential and existing clients.
Address client concerns and feedback promptly and professionally to ensure high levels of patient satisfaction.
Organize and conduct workshops or informational sessions for doctors and healthcare professionals.
Foster a positive image of the diagnostics center within the medical community and the general public.
Brand Management:
Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing and communication channels.
Monitor brand reputation and implement strategies to enhance it.
Identify opportunities for public relations and media coverage.
Reporting & Analysis:
