The Health and WASH Sector is one of the core sectors of DAM which has also been operating 8 institutions and 17 projects.DAM Health & WASH Sector is going to recruit a competent and self-motivated individual for the position of Accounts and Admin Officer “Mayer Hashi General and Diagnostic Center”. It's a Dhaka-based position that will act as the key person of finance operations.Job Responsibility:Administrative Duties:
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling, inventory, and facility operations.
Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth hospital functions.
Supervise support staff including clerical, janitorial, and front desk personnel.
Assist in policy development, implementation, and compliance.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and administrative files.
Accounts and Finance Duties:
Handle billing, invoicing, and patient account reconciliation.
Manage payroll and ensure timely payments to vendors and staff.
Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving strategies.
Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and hospital policies.
