Ensure the reception area is organized and prepared in a perfect manner.
Attending Phone Calls.
Greet the guest in a professional manner.
Receive letters, packages, etc. and distribute them.
Maintain proper communication with every department.
Circulate information/instruction correctly and properly as and when required.
Answer questions and address complaints.
Build a professional relationship with all the employees of the organization.
Take up other duties as assigned.
Control the Administration part to maintain the office.
Data entry on MS excels & compose on MS office (Bangla & English).
