  • Responsibilities : Job Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the reception area is organized and prepared in a perfect manner.
  • Attending Phone Calls.
  • Greet the guest in a professional manner.
  • Receive letters, packages, etc. and distribute them.
  • Maintain proper communication with every department.
  • Circulate information/instruction correctly and properly as and when required.
  • Answer questions and address complaints.
  • Build a professional relationship with all the employees of the organization.
  • Take up other duties as assigned.
  • Control the Administration part to maintain the office.
  • Data entry on MS excels & compose on MS office (Bangla & English).
