Responsibilities
:
1. Clinical Leadership & Quality Assurance
Assist in supervising medical staff (doctors, nurses, allied health professionals) to ensure compliance with clinical standards.
Monitor and improve patient care quality through audits, performance reviews, and evidence-based practices.
Implement and enforce healthcare policies, protocols, and accreditation standards (e.g., JCI).
Address patient complaints and clinical incidents, ensuring corrective actions are taken.
2. Administrative & Operational Management
Support the CEO in strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for medical services.
Oversee departmental workflows, staffing, and schedules to optimize efficiency.
Collaborate with HR in recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of medical personnel.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements (licensing, safety, infection control).
3. Stakeholder Coordination & Communication
Liaise between medical staff, hospital administration, and external agencies (government, medical associations, vendors).
Represent the organization in meetings, conferences, and public health initiatives.
Foster interdisciplinary collaboration among departments (nursing, pharmacy, lab, IT).
4. Research & Development
Promote medical research, continuous education, and adoption of innovative healthcare technologies.
Analyze healthcare trends and recommend improvements in service delivery.
5. Emergency & Crisis Management
Assist in disaster preparedness, outbreak response, and emergency protocol execution.
Ensure continuity of medical services during crises.
