Provide accurate and comprehensive counselling to students regarding study options, course selection, university applications, and visa processes.
Handle complex or high-value student cases and maintain follow-ups until enrollment.
Stay up to date with admission criteria, scholarships, and application deadlines across various countries and institutions.
Review and proofread student applications, SOPs, and supporting documents.
Attend and represent the organization in education fairs, seminars, and institutional meetings.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, universities, and internal teams.
Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions, application progress, and student feedback• Achieve monthly/quarterly targets related to student recruitment and enrollments.
