| Responsibilities |
• Checking and verifying of Supplier’s bill, Construction bill, Cash Payment, and different types of voucher as well.
• Visit factory frequently to conduct routine audit work and examine whether the operation process and other work is being performed according to the management guidelines.
• Analysis of Inventory Management System and Verification of physical stock at factories and depots and regional offices on a regular basis.
• Checking and verifying of material and service procurement system and proper documentation as per company policy.
• Conduct pre-audit and post-audit on regular basis and report the observations on a specific timeline.
• Check the accuracy of Bank Reconciliation and report on a timely manner.
• Identification of operational risk, business risk and other significant risk areas and cooperate to develop related control.
• Ensuring accuracy of financial and operational information.
• Evaluating reliability and validity of financial, accounting, operational and other data and report accordingly.
• Support the development of internal control by giving special review on the operational process.
• Review the existing operational policies and identify the weakness and communicate to the superior management.
• Review, development and implementation of audit standard in order to enhancement of operational efficiency.
• VAT and Tax related compliance checking.
• Perform any other task as assigned by the superior management time to time. |
