Educational Requirement

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Pharmacy, Master of Science (MSc) in Pharmacy
Other Requirement

Ability to work under pressure.
Computer literacy.
Communication skill.
Self-starter, highly motivated toward achievements and result-oriented.
Ability to work well individually and in team setting.
Good leadership, execution skill, challenges encountering attitude and ability to manage.
Ensure compliance with HSE, GMP and regulatory standards;
Maintain SOP & BPR adherence at all production stages;
Monitor plant hygiene and production environment;
Perform in-process controls and maintain GMP documentation;
Coordinate with R&D, QA and SCM for daily operations;
Maintain equipment, premises and production records;
Arrange training for production operators;
Any other task assigned by the management
