The ‘territory sales Officer’ will work under the company rules & regulation, duties and responsibilities, which are essential but not limited to:
Monitoring, Data Collection and Record Keeping
Meeting potential customers through field visits.
Farmer level meetings, spot meetings and projector meetings
Constantly improving the market situation and discussing promotional activities and utilizing social media for promotions.
Preparing and completing action plans, improving and implementing customer service standards, and identifying potential solutions to problems.
Develop and maintain sustainable trade relationship with trade.
