| Responsibilities |
: |
Appoint, develop, and manage dealers/distributors across Bangladesh.Ensure consistent repeat orders from existing partners and grow revenue streams.Develop on-the-ground farmer awareness/sub-distributorship and market activation campaigns.Take ownership of sales targets, territory performance, and country P&L.Prospect and close large accounts and key business deals with major distributors and corporate clients.Manage day-to-day sales operations, including account tracking and collections.Report directly to Indian and UAE leadership. |
