Master of Science (MSc) in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) Bachelor’s/Master’s in HRM, Management, Business Administration, or relevant field from any reputed university.PGDHRM or similar HR professional qualification will be an added advantage.
Other Requirement

3 to 5 years of practical experience in HR & Admin, preferably in a construction, engineering, or project-based company.
Must have strong command over HR database management, especially CV/resume tracking across departments.
Good understanding of Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 and its amendments.
Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email, and HR software/tools.
Capable of handling pressure and working with tight deadlines, especially in project environments.

Job Context:We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR & Admin professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience of working in a construction or project-based company, with the ability to manage end-to-end HR & administrative operations and maintain a comprehensive CV bank across all technical and non-technical departments.Responsibilities:
Maintain a well-organized CV/Resume bank for all departments including engineering, procurement, logistics, finance, admin, safety, and site support teams.
Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and final selection.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and SOPs in line with company objectives and labor laws.
Handle all administrative matters, including office management, asset tracking, utilities, staff accommodation, and transport.
Maintain employee personal files, contracts, attendance, leave, and performance records.
Oversee payroll processing support, including salary sheet preparation, increment tracking, and salary disbursement coordination with Accounts.
Manage disciplinary procedures, grievance handling, and ensure a healthy workplace environment.
Coordinate training and development programs based on departmental needs.
Liaise with external stakeholders such as local authorities, law enforcement, vendors, and regulatory bodies when required.
Monitor compliance with labor laws, health and safety, and organizational policies at both head office and project sites.
