Responsibilities |

Greet all patients, attendants, and visitors warmly and professionally.Guide patients through the registration process and direct them to relevant departments.Manage incoming calls, appointment bookings, and general inquiries efficiently.Maintain a clean, organized, and calm front desk environment.Coordinate with nursing stations, OPD units, and diagnostic departments for smooth patient flow.Act as a primary liaison between patients and hospital departments to ensure timely service delivery.Address patient complaints, concerns, or feedback promptly and escalate unresolved issues to management.Conduct satisfaction surveys and assist in preparing reports on patient feedback.Educate patients on hospital policies, procedures, billing protocols, and available services.Maintain confidentiality and uphold patient rights and dignity at all times.Assist in patient admissions, discharges, and billing coordination.Maintain accurate patient records and update databases/CRM systems where applicable.Track and report daily footfall, appointment status, and service delays to management.Collaborate with housekeeping, pharmacy, and laboratory teams for coordinated patient support.Ensure availability of brochures, feedback forms, and patient education materials at reception. |
