Minimum 6 months of experience in the U.S. property preservation industry (required).
Excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills in English.
Strong leadership skills and confidence in public speaking.

Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. Communicate regularly with vendors, supporting them with documentation and payment processes.
Maintain the vendor database and track performance.
