· Develop a sales & marketing channel strategy, which includes driving new partners acquisition in-markets.· Grow and retain existing accounts, set targets for sales, present new products to partners and enhance existing relationships.· Prospect for potential new in-market business partners and turn this into increased business.· Manage relationships with travel agencies, associates and corporates.· Negotiate offers or requirements with travel service providers.· Process market reports, analyze and handle reimbursements.· Ensure compliance in all aspects of travel procedures and competitors’ activities.· Drive continuous improvement of increase business development and revenue.· Visit Travel Agents and Corporates & maintain relationship within assigned Zone.· Meet up target revenue as allocated by management and assure continues support.· Create & meet the demand of travel agents and corporates.· Assure strategic policies to develop market and clutch the market share according to the company's needs.
