Educational Requirement

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Civil B.Sc in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering from a reputed university or polytechnic institute.
Other Requirement
:
2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in the civil construction industry.
Proven experience in industrial or high-rise building projects is a plus.
Must know basic Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) with the ability to communicate effectively with Chinese personnel on-site.
Proficient in using survey equipment and software.
Good proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
Must be hardworking, proactive, and self-motivated, with the ability to work under pressure.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Description:Baolee Overseas Ltd. is looking for a precise and experienced Survey Engineer to join our project execution team. The primary role of the Survey Engineer will be to manage all surveying activities, from initial site analysis to the final stages of construction.This position requires direct communication with our Chinese partners. The ideal candidate must possess basic Chinese language skills to effectively liaise with Chinese engineers and project managers on-site, ensuring all project specifications are met with accuracy.Responsibilities:
Conduct topographic, boundary, and as-built surveys for construction projects.
Operate and maintain modern survey instruments such as Theodolite machine, Total Stations, GPS/GNSS receivers, and Auto Levels.
Set out points, lines, and elevations for construction activities according to engineering drawings and plans.
Liaise and communicate in basic Chinese with project stakeholders to clarify survey data and requirements.
Process raw survey data and prepare accurate survey reports, maps, and drawings using AutoCAD or other relevant software.
Verify the accuracy of all survey work and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Collaborate closely with site engineers and construction managers to ensure structures are correctly positioned.
Maintain detailed records of all survey work, including field notes and digital files.
Directly supervise and manage all on-site construction activities from start to finish.
Communicate effectively with Chinese engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure a clear understanding and smooth project execution.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
