  • Strong understanding of labor law and HR best practices
  • Personal Attributes:
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple responsibilities independently

We value efficiency, professionalism, and a modern approach to managing people and processes.Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced HR & Admin professional with a strong background in ERP-based systems to manage and streamline our human resources and administrative functions.Key Responsibilities:Human Resources:
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including job posting, screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and exit formalities.
  • Maintain HR data in the ERP system including attendance, leave, performance records, and payroll inputs.
  • Support the performance management process and employee development initiatives
  • Ensure proper implementation of company HR policies and compliance with labor laws
  • Coordinate employee engagement and welfare programs.
  • Administration:
  • Oversee office maintenance, logistics, supplies, and asset management
  • Manage administrative support staff (drivers, office assistants, cleaners)
  • Handle documentation for office rent, utility services, vendor contracts, and company vehicle usage
  • Assist with planning meetings, office events, and training programs
