  • Experience in customer service or reception desk will be an advantage

  • Responsibilities : Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to WhatsApp, emails, and messages
  • Maintain visitor records and client appointment schedules
  • Provide basic information about services and forward detailed queries to relevant departments
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming
  • Support administrative tasks like document handling, printing, and filing
  • Maintain communication with internal departments as required
  • Handle client follow-ups and ensure timely responses
