Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional mannerAnswer incoming calls and respond to WhatsApp, emails, and messagesMaintain visitor records and client appointment schedulesProvide basic information about services and forward detailed queries to relevant departmentsKeep the reception area clean, organized, and welcomingSupport administrative tasks like document handling, printing, and filingMaintain communication with internal departments as requiredHandle client follow-ups and ensure timely responses |
