Roles DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Revit Modeler to create and manage accurate 3D building models using Revit software, including from point cloud scans. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure models meet all project specifications and industry standards. This role includes responsibilities across model creation, design coordination, clash detection, and documentation for various building systems.Key roles and responsibilities
3D modelling: Creating and maintaining accurate 3D building models using Revit.
Collaboration: Working closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, coordinate designs, and resolve conflicts.
Documentation: Generating construction drawings, schedules, and quantity take-offs from the 3D models.
Clash Detection: Identifying and resolving spatial conflicts between different building systems (structural, architectural, MEP).
Model Maintenance: Updating models based on design changes, redline markups, and field data.
Compliance: Ensuring the models meet industry standards, project requirements, and BIM execution plans.
Coordination: Participating in design coordination meetings and collaborating with other disciplines.
Quality Control: Performing quality control checks on models and drawings.
Technical Skills:
